On Wednesday morning, Her Excellency the Governor participated in the Corporate Cup.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor received The Honourable Peter Malinauskas MP, Premier of South Australia.

Later, the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons of the Ice Factor Foundation, hosted a reception for participants of the Ice Factor Program.

Afterwards, the Governor received The Honourable Joe Szakacs MP, Minister for Trade and Investment, Minister for Local Government, and Minister for Veterans Affairs.

Later, the Governor received Mr Dermot O’Gorman, Chief Executive Officer, WWF-Australia.

Afterwards, the Governor hosted an afternoon tea for Regional South Australia’s ActFas Ambulance Staff, followed by a tour of Government House.

In the afternoon, the Governor spoke by telephone to Ms Danielle Wood, Chair, SA Productivity Commission.

Later, the Governor spoke by telephone to Mr Roger Drake, Managing Director, Drakes Supermarkets.

Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a reception to thank sponsors, supporters, and members of United Nations Association of Australia – South Australia Division, of which the Governor is patron.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Bunten received Mrs Sarah Rohrsheim, Board Member, Fringe Foundation, and Mr Geoff Rohrsheim, followed by a dinner.
