On Wednesday morning, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten continued their official visit to the Clare Valley, where, at Riverton, they met Mr Greg McLeod, Committee President, Scholz Park Museum, and, accompanied by Clare and Gilbert Valleys Council Mayor Allan Aughey OAM, toured the Scholz Family Cottage.

Afterwards, at the Riverton Light Gallery, the Governor and Mr Bunten met Robert Hannaford AM and Alison Mitchell Hannaford, the owners, and toured the studio.

Later, at Riverton and District High School, the Governor and Mr Bunten met students and staff and toured the school, before returning to Government House.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a garden reception for representatives of organisations of which they are patrons or honorary members.

In the evening, at the Adelaide Festival Centre, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended a performance of ‘Por Por’s Big Fat Surprise Wedding’, part of the OzAsia Festival.
