On Wednesday afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received The Honourable Terry Stephens MLC, President of the Legislative Council.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor received Australia’s Ambassador-designate to China, Mr Scott Dewar, and Consul‑General designate to Shanghai, followed by a luncheon.

Later, at Government House, the Governor received His Excellency Professor Dr Nguyen Xuan Thang, President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and members of a delegation from the Ho Chi Minh Academy of Politics, and afterwards, hosted a reception for them.

In the evening, at Balaklava, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the guests, and presented awards at the 2023 Balaklava High School Presentation Night.
