On Wednesday morning, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten undertook a visit to the City of Port Adelaide Enfield, where they met with Ms Claire Boan, Mayor, and Mr Mark Withers, Chief Executive, City of Port Adelaide Enfield, who accompanied the Governor and Mr Bunten on a walking tour of Port Adelaide.

Later, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Yitpi Yartapuultiku Aboriginal Cultural Centre, where they met with Mr Matthew Rose, Program Lead, Yitpi Yartapuultiku Aboriginal Cultural Centre, and were briefed on operations.

Afterwards, at The Junction Community Centre, Ottoway, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended a luncheon hosted by the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. Guests included Mr Mark Withers, Chief Executive, City of Port Adelaide; Elected Members, members of the Aboriginal Advisory Council, City of Port Adelaide Enfield 2025 Australia Day Award recipients, and community members.

In the afternoon, at Kilburn, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited the Kilburn Community Centre, where they met with Ms Emma Dippy, Community Services Support Officer, City of Port Adelaide Enfield, toured the facility, and met with senior community members.

Afterwards, at Northfield, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited the Stockade Botanical Park, where they met with Ms Shay Wilkinson, Passive Reserves Team Leader, City of Port Adelaide Enfield, and undertook a walking tour of the park.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten received Mrs Didy McLaurin and Mrs Joan Lyons, followed by a dinner.
