On Wednesday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received The Honourable Terry Stephens MLC, President of the Legislative Council.

Afterwards, the Governor received Mr Filip Roca, Digital Media Artist; Ms Rachael Azzopardi, Co-Founder and Creative Director; and Ms Harriet Roberts, Executive Producer, Illuminate Adelaide.

Later, the Governor hosted a morning tea to welcome the artists of Illuminate Adelaide 2024.

Afterwards, the Governor received Her Excellency Ms Anne Grete Riise, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway.

In the afternoon, at Edinburgh North, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Drakes Supermarkets Drake Distribution Centre, as part of a series to iconic South Australian businesses.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a dinner to acknowledge the service of Dr James Muecke AM, former Lieutenant Governor of South Australia. Guests were Mrs Mena Muecke AM, Mr Nicholas Muecke, and Mr Thomas Muecke; The Honourable Chris Picton MP, Representing the Premier, Minister for Health and Wellbeing; The Honourable David Spiers MP, Leader of the Opposition; The Honourable Steven Marshall, Former Premier of South Australia.
