On Wednesday morning, at Parliament House, at the invitation of the President of the Legislative Council, the Honorable Terry Stephens MLC, Her Excellency the Governor attended the joint sitting of Parliament convened to hear the inaugural address of the State First Nations Voice.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons of the South Australian Sports Federation, hosted a reception for the presentation of certificates to the first cohort of graduates from the Marjorie Jackson-Nelson Centre for Women's Sport Education Program.

Afterwards, at Kent Town, the Governor, as patron, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed and met members of The South Australian Country Women's Association.

Later, at the Norwood Concert Hall, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the guests and presented certificates at the Volunteer's Christmas Dinner hosted by the City of Norwood Payneham and St Peters.
