On Wednesday morning, at the Mercure Grosvenor Hotel, Her Excellency the Governor was interviewed by Sonya and Jules, ABC Radio Adelaide.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor received The Honourable Leon Bignell MP, Speaker of the House of Assembly, and, after that, The Honourable Terry Stephens MLC, President of the Legislative Council.

Later, the Governor and Mr Bunten undertook a visit to the Campbelltown City Council area hosted by Ms Jill Whittaker OAM, Mayor, and Mr Paul Di Iulio, Chief Executive Officer.

During the visit, the Governor and Mr Bunten toured ARC Campbelltown facilities, Paradise Recreation Plaza and Campbelltown Memorial Oval.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Bunten toured the ‘Wayikuu’ Max Amber Sportsfield and met with members and staff of the Athelstone Football Club; Thorndon Park Reserve and Super Playground; The Gums Reserve War Memorial Garden and met with members of the Reconciliation Advisory Committee and the RSL Magill Branch; and luncheoned at The Rezz Hotel.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a dinner for members of the Executive Council and their partners.

During the day, students from Indie School Port Adelaide and Elizabeth South Primary School toured Government House.
