On Tuesday morning at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten received Mr Adam Reid, Chief Executive, Department for Innovation and Skills; Ms Clare Feszczak, Executive Director, Student Pathways and Careers, Department for Education; Mr Brenan Dew, Centre Manager, Australian Space Discovery Centre; Dr Kristin Alford, Director, Museum of Discovery; Ms Alison Kershaw, Program Director, Inspiring South Australia, South Australian Museum; Ms Katie Gloede, STEMfooty Program Manager, Adelaide Crows Foundation; and Ms Imogen Barnsley, President, RoboGals Adelaide, followed by a breakfast.

In the afternoon the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the evening the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a reception to close the 2021-22 UK/Australia Season, a joint initiative by the British Council and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade celebrating the diverse and innovative artist communities and cultural sectors of each nation.

Later at the Adelaide Festival Centre, the Governor and Ms Katherine Bunten attended the Adelaide Festival event ‘Isaiah Firebrace’.
