On Thursday morning, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Afterwards, at Henley Beach, the Governor visited Fulham North Primary School, where she addressed and took questions from the students.

Later, at Adelaide Oval, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the Carbine Club of South Australia’s Test Cricket Luncheon – Australia/India.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a reception to acknowledge the contribution of those who have supported Government House throughout the year.

Tomorrow, Friday 6 December, the grounds of Government House will be open to the public today as part of the “Lunch on the Lawns” program, including a garden tour conducted by The Friends of the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide, of which the Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons, and music provided by the South Australian Public Primary Schools Choir and the Onkaparinga City Concert Band.
