On Thursday morning, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later, at Novar Gardens, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Immanuel College, where they met with staff and student leaders, and took questions from students.

In the evening, at the Adelaide Festival Centre, the Governor, as patron of the Leaders Institute of South Australia, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the guests and presented graduates with their certificates at the 2024 Governor's Leadership Foundation Graduation.

In the evening, at the Adelaide Pavilion, Veale Gardens, the Governor addressed the guests at the Australia Awards end of year event hosted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
