On Thursday morning at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received Mr Ian Kemish AM, followed by a breakfast.

Afterwards the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later at Henderson Square, Montague Farm Estate, Pooraka, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the gathering and placed a wreath at a Vietnam Veterans Day Ceremony on the anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan hosted by the City of Salisbury.

In the afternoon at Glenside, the Governor and Mr Bunten toured the South Australian Film Corporation and Adelaide Studios, as part of a series of visits to industry.

In the evening at the UniSA Bradley Building, the Governor, as patron of the Leaders Institute of South Australia, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the guests and presented certificates at the Graduation Ceremony of the Youth Governor's Leadership Foundation program.

During the day, students from Seaview Christian College toured Government House.
