On Thursday morning in Adelaide, Her Excellency the Governor officially opened the 2023 South Australian Primary Principals Association Conference.

Afterwards, at the State Administration Centre, the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later, at Government House, the Governor, as patron of The Order of Australia Association – South Australian Branch, received Mr Tony Metcalf OAM, Chair; Mr Noel Hender OAM BEM, Deputy Chair, and Major Paul Rosenzweig OAM (Ret’d), Committee Member, The Order of Australia Association - South Australian Branch.

In the afternoon at the University of South Australia, the Governor toured UniSA’s Enterprise Hub Building – City West Campus.

Later, at Government House, the Governor received Ms Angela McKay, and, afterwards, Ms Chris Egan.

In the evening, at the Adelaide Festival Centre, the Governor, accompanied by Ms Egan, attended a performance of ‘The Fig Tree’, part of the Adelaide Cabaret Festival.

Afterwards, at the Space Theatre, the Governor and Ms Egan attended a performance of ‘An Evening Without Kate Bush’, also part of the Adelaide Cabaret Festival.
