On Thursday morning Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later, at Government House, Her Excellency met with a delegation of senior US Congressional staff.

Afterwards, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, received Mr Sean Keenihan, Chair of StudyAdelaide, of which the Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons.

Afterwards, the Governor received Major Brett Grosser (Rtd), President, the Association of Totally & Permanently Incapacitated Ex-Service Men and Women (SA Branch), of which the Governor is patron.

In the afternoon, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, as part of the program of visits to iconic South Australian businesses, visited JamFactory.

Later, at Government House, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, hosted a reception for members of the “Powerful Women” group.

In the evening, at Her Majesty's Theatre, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Rod Bunten and Mr Matthew Bunten, attended the opening night performance of Yuldea by Bangarra Dance Theatre.
