On Sunday morning, at Elder Park/Tarntanya Wama, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten, accompanied by Ms Sophie Bunten, attended the Australia Day Council of South Australia’s ‘Mourning in the Morning’ Smoking Ceremony. The Governor is patron in chief of the Australia Day Council of South Australia.

Afterwards, at the Adelaide Festival Centre, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the Aus Lights on the River VIP Event.

In the evening, at Elder Park/Tarntanya Wama, the Governor and Mr Bunten viewed the Australia Day Council of South Australia’s Respecting Country Parade and afterwards, the official Australia Day Ceremony.
