On Saturday afternoon at Adelaide Oval, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the Rugby Double Header VIP event: Wallaroos v Black Ferns followed by Wallabies v Springboks hosted by The South Australian Tourism Commission and Rugby Australia.

In the evening at the Adelaide Convention Centre, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, presented awards at the 2022 Merdeka Gala Dinner hosted by the Australia Malaysia Business Council (South Australia).
