On Saturday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received Mr Peter Varghese AO, Chancellor, The University of Queensland.

Afterwards, at the Pioneer Women’s Memorial Garden, the Governor attended ‘You, Me and the B52s’, part of Adelaide Writers’ Week.

In the afternoon, at Her Majesty’s Theatre, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended a performance of ‘Guuranda’, part of the Adelaide Festival.

Later, at the Pioneer Women’s Memorial Garden, the Governor attended ‘The Librarianist’, and, afterwards, ‘Praiseworthy’, both part of Adelaide Writers’ Week.

In the evening, in the grounds of Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the Art Gallery of South Australia’s 2024 Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art Ambassadors Dinner.
