On Saturday afternoon in the grounds of Government House, Her Excellency the Governor participated in a photoshoot with members of the South Australia Corgi group and their canine companions, in celebration of Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Later at Port Adelaide, the Governor officially opened the exhibition Remember When followed by a tour, organised by the Port Community Arts Centre.

Afterwards at Adelaide Oval, the Governor attended the Australian Football League Women's Preliminary Final, Adelaide Crows vs Fremantle Dockers.

In the evening at the Naval, Military and Air Force Club of SA, the Governor, as Honorary Member, attended the Sir Ross Smith KBE MC DFC AFC and Sir Keith Smith KBE Dinner.
