On Saturday, at West Lakes Shore, Her Excellency the Governor presented the SG Year 8/9 D/E 4x+

Perpetual Trophy at the Head of the River South Australian Schools’ VIP Breakfast.

Afterwards, at Elder Hall, the Governor, who is patron of the Adelaide Youth Orchestra, attended the Adelaide Youth Orchestra VIP Open Rehearsal.

In the afternoon, at the Adelaide Festival Centre, the Governor and Mr Bunten, accompanied by Mr Harald Hamley and Mrs Beata Hamley, attended ‘Complete Works: Table Top Shakespeare: Titus Andronicus’, and, afterwards, at the Dunstan Playhouse, ‘Trent Dalton’s Love Stories’, both part of Adelaide Festival.

In the evening, at the Adelaide Convention Centre, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended a special dinner to mark the Centenary of St Mark’s College.
