On Saturday, at the Pioneer Women’s Memorial Garden, Her Excellency the Governor attended ‘Fiction, Memoir and the Boundaries of Art’, and, afterwards, ‘A Song of Time – Stan’ , both part of Adelaide Writers’ Week.

Afterwards, at Adelaide Oval, the Governor and Mr Bunten watched the first session of the One Day Cup Men’s Final between South Australia and Victoria. The Governor is patron of the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA).

Later, at Holden Street Theatres, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended ‘Peter Goers – If Affected Do Not Drive Or Operate Heavy Machinery’, part of Adelaide Fringe.

In the evening, at Adelaide Town Hall, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the guests at the pre-concert function and attended the Jess Hitchcock and Penny Quartet concert, part of the Adelaide Festival.
