On Monday morning at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received Major Lance Jeffrey, Divisional Leader, and Mr Mark Foyle, Public Relations Secretary for South Australia, The Salvation Army - South Australia.

In the afternoon the Governor received, individually, Mr Robert Taylor; Ms Frances Bedford MP, Member for Florey; The Honourable Geoffrey Brock MP, Member for Frome; The Honourable John Darley MLC; The Honourable Heidi Girolamo MLC; and Mr Michael Brown MP, Member for Playford.

In the evening at the Unley Town Hall, the Governor accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the guests and presented National Emergency Medals at a function hosted by St John Ambulance Australia SA.
