On Monday morning at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor, as patron of the Zahra Foundation Australia, received Ms Natasha Malani, Chairperson, and Ms Kelly-Ann Tansley, General Manager.

Afterwards the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons of Orana Australia Limited, visited Orana’s Head Office and Business Service at Netley, followed by a tour of Amaroo supported independent living facility.

In the afternoon at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted an afternoon tea for representatives from the Friends of the State Library of SA, Friends of State Opera of SA, Friends of the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide and the Friends of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, of which organisations the Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons.

In the evening the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted the first of two receptions for Year 12 students representing their schools from across the state.

Afterwards the at North Adelaide, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the guests at the St Ann's College Formal Dinner.
