On Friday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received Mr Ben Bruce, Chief Executive, Department for Environment and Water.

Afterwards, at Adelaide Oval, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the NRMA Insurance Men’s Day Night Test: Australia v India.

During the day, the grounds of Government House were opened to members of the public as part of the “Lunch on the Lawns” program, including a garden tour conducted by The Friends of the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide, of which Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons, followed by a lunch time concert on the lawns with music provided by the South Australian Public Primary Schools Choir and the Onkaparinga City Concert Band.

Also during the day, participants of the TAFE SA Adult Migrant English Program toured Government House.
