On Friday morning Her Excellency the Governor departed for a Vice Regal visit to Murray Bridge where in the morning received a briefing from His Worship Mr Brenton Lewis, Mayor of the Rural City of Murray Bridge, and Mr Michael Sedgman, Chief Executive Officer.

Later the Governor attended the Community Living Australia All Abilities Festival, escorted by Mrs Jill Coombe, Chairperson, Community Living Australia, and Ms Sonia Hein, Community Engagement and Fundraising Officer.

Later in the afternoon, Her Excellency Arrive travelled to the Sturt Reserve, where she visited the War Memorial, the Recreation Precinct, the Murray Bridge Regional Rowing Centre and the Murray Cods Memorial, before returning to Adelaide.

Also, in the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.
