On Friday morning, at the Ridley Centre, Adelaide Showgrounds, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons of the Catalyst Foundation, attended the official launch of the #MyLifeChoices Disability, Ageing, and Lifestyle Expo.

Afterwards, in Mannum, Mr Bunten, as patron of the Veteran Car Club of South Australia, attended the Club’s ‘Shake Down’ run from Mannum to Younghusband.

Later, at the Adelaide Convention Centre, the Governor delivered the closing address at the Australian International Education Conference hosted by IDP Adelaide.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor spoke by telephone to Mr Simon Schrapel AM, Chief Executive, Uniting Communities.

Afterwards, at the South Australian Sea Rescue Squadron, West Beach, the Governor, who is patron of the South Australian Sea Rescue Squadron, presented National Service Medals and clasps, awards in the Australian Honours System which recognise and celebrate the sustained service of outstanding Australians, to eight recipients.

Later, at Government House, the Governor spoke by telephone to Mr Mike Rann AC.

In the evening, at Norwood Oval, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the AFLW Round 7 Indigenous Round: Adelaide Crows vs. Western Bulldogs.
