Walk a Mile in My Boots Challenge

On Friday morning in Adelaide, Her Excellency the Governor, as patron of the Hutt Street Centre, and accompanied by Mr Bunten and Ms Katherine Bunten, participated in the Walk a Mile in My Boots Challenge. Afterwards at Government House, the Governor, Mr Bunten and Ms Bunten hosted a morning tea for participants.

Later the Governor received Mr Hing Lam (HL) Kam, Executive Director/Deputy Managing Director, CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd and Director, SA Power Networks; Mr Rob Stobbe, Chief Executive Officer, SA Power Networks and Mr Craig de Laine, Chief Executive Officer, Australian Gas Infrastructure Group.

In the afternoon at Adelaide Oval, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the 2022 Don't Forget Me Cobber Lunch hosted by the Virtual War Memorial Australia.

Her Excellency the Governor has appointed The Honourable Chief Justice Chris Kourakis to be Governor's Deputy from 4:30 pm on Friday, 12 August 2022 until 8:30 pm on Sunday, 14 August 2022.
