His Excellency the Governor, accompanied by Mrs Le, read the Proclamation of South Australia, addressed the gathering and presented the Governor’s Civic Awards at the South Australian Proclamation Day commemoration and community celebration at the Old Gum Tree Reserve, Glenelg North.
